ICO is a team of dedicated Ugandans with a commitment to give hope to the orphaned kids, teenage girls and widows all over Uganda.

In 2003 Sheilah the found of ICO lost her mom to HIV/AIDS . During her life time her mom didn’t have the means to care of her. She had given birth to her and an old woman had a baby cry and her mother screaming for help by the roadside , the old lady came and helped her, then she couldn’t afford to go to hospital. Fast-forward her mom always helped others even though she was poor and After her death she was sent to an orphanage in Uganda , it was there that she felt she should continue what her mother had started, and that is helping others. To honor her name she named the organization after her and vowed to always help women/teenage girls/mothers who can’t afford healthcare and other basics. So immaculate Organization was born then ..

Our mission is to give hope to orphaned and abandoned kids, teenage girls and widows all over Uganda through education , and providing them with basic needs .

We envision an improved quality of life for vulnerable children and widows in Uganda by providing quality education, health care, and spiritual guidance.

Since 2015, we’ve helped vulnerable children, providing education And we’ve come alongside vulnerable women, equipping them with skills and empowering them to be the mothers and leaders God has called them to be.
